How does load matching work?
When a shipper posts a load, Relod searches for carriers within 100 km first, automatically expanding to 200 km if none are found. Carriers are ranked by distance, truck type and capacity match, availability, and rating.
How do I contact matched carriers?
Relod shows you a ranked, pre-selected list of matching carriers. You can remove anyone you don't want to contact, then send a WhatsApp message to everyone left on the list with one tap.
How does live tracking work?
If a truck has a GPS device installed, it's tracked automatically. If it doesn't, the carrier can share their live location from their phone during the trip. Either way, the shipper sees the same live tracking view.
Is registration free?
Yes. Both shipper and carrier registration are free — you'll verify your phone number and WhatsApp number with an OTP, then fill in your business or vehicle details.
Is my Aadhaar/PAN/GST information verified?
Today these are self-declared during registration. We're working on connecting them to real verification — this page will be updated once that's live.
Is there a mobile app?
Relod currently runs in your phone's browser — no separate app install needed. Tracking and messaging both work from there.
