These terms will govern use of the Relod platform by shippers, truck owners and other users, once finalised.
2. What Relod is
Relod is a tech-enabled efficiency tool connecting shippers and transporting fleets. Relod facilitates introductions, matching, communication and tracking between the two parties.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Terms covering how a booking is formed, and the conditions under which either party may cancel, will be set out here.
4. Payments
How payments between shippers and carriers are handled, including any platform fees, will be described here once the payment settlement mechanism is finalised.
5. User responsibilities
Expectations around accurate load/vehicle information, valid documents, and lawful use of the platform will be set out here.
6. Limitation of liability
The scope of Relod's liability as an intermediary platform, as distinct from the shipper's and carrier's own obligations to each other, will be defined here.
